Wow Andrea - you have really found your calling as a teacher of movement!  You presented in a calm, reassuring, warm tone of voice with demonstrations and directions from the audience’s perspective.  This was exactly what I hoped for when I asked you to produce a movement video for my community. Your chosen attire - two tones really helped to visually see your body and made it easier as a viewer to relate to my own body and what I needed to move. I also found that you took into consideration potential limitations by suggesting a chair for balance or sitting down if necessary. The music helped to emphasize the relaxed tone and calmness of the presentation.
