Yoga for Every Body
An all levels yoga class with lots of options for all bodies
Centre your mind, expand your breath, and gently move your body in this yoga class meant for every body. Please bring a mat and water bottle. A strap (neck tie, scarf, or hand towel), a rolled up bath towel or cotton blanket, and blocks (small amazon boxes, water bottles work great!) may be helpful for this class. Please note this class is taught by Andrea, a yoga teacher student, as part of her community practice hours.
