Whether you are looking for something fun or fierce, I have a class for you!  Love dancing?  Try a Zumba class.  Just getting started, recovering from an injury, or an older active adult?  Zumba Gold might be the perfect fit! Not into dance and like an attainable challenge with visible results? STRONG may be the workout you are looking for!  

 

Thanks to being active at every size, I specialize in offering modifications and switch outs to lower or turn up the intensity.  I also work hard to create a FUN and welcoming environment for everyone in my classes.  See you there!

ZUMBA!

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.  This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.  The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.

We are all dealing with a massive amount of change and uncertainty as we adapt to the temporary closures of schools, workplaces, and businesses. People need to keep moving more than ever.  As a way to support this I have some exciting opportunities to share:

Weekdays, 10:30 am - Recess with the A-Team!  My youngest two children, AJ and Anneliese, and I will lead movement and silliness every day at 10:30 am MDT on Facebook Live on the Andrea Sereda Health & Fitness Facebook page.  

Mondays, 9 am - STRONG Live stream.  Join me for a HIIT class in the comfort of your own home!  These classes are broadcasted over Zoom.  All classes are listed as an event on my Facebook page.  Links will be posted there to access the class. Grab a yoga mat for this one!

Is there a fee? Not at this time.  I am offering all of these free of charge.  I understand that many people, like me, have been impacted financially by the pandemic and I want everyone to be able to keep moving.  If you would like to do anything at all, I have set up the button below, but please do not ever feel obligated to do anything.  I love moving with you as much as you do with me.  We are stronger together.   Much love during this time xo
