Motivation gets us started, habits keep us going. In this six-week challenge, follow along by incorporating a new micro habit each week. You will be given a task each week to incorporate into your daily routine - nothing crazy. These are called micro habits for a reason. Here is the thing though - habits are never in isolation, they exist in a web. Change one, and naturally things shift. Some of the weeks you may wonder how a habit that small can make a difference. They accumulate over time and give us the confidence to make other changes (sometimes not even health related!). Come and see how powerful shifting your habits can be, one step at a time. Andrea is a health coach and habit hacker. She loves helping others find ways to incorporate, small, sustainable changes over time to shift or even transform their health. Hacking her own habits was a large part of her personal health transformation and is a focus in her behavioural weight management work with clients both at Journey Health Studio and Pristine Health Clinic.
